Stavros Stavrides

Stavros Stavrides is a greek architect, activist and Professor at the National Technical University of Athens for architectural Theory and Design. He has lectured on various universities around the world and published numerous articles and books on spatial theory and urban practices like „The City as Commons“ and „The Texture of Things“.
His research includes fieldwork and theoretical work on forms of emancipating spatial practices, spaces of commoning, housing as commoning and the cultural as well as political meaning of space.
